Beyonce and Jay-Z were recently spotted in Paris with Bey's nephew Juelz and Solange's ex husband, Daniel Smith Sr. They were all having lunch recently at an upscale restaurant called L'Avenue. The paparazzi went livid as Beyonce kept her shades on for what seems like the entire time. Beyonce was wearing a short black and gold dress, with black platform wedges and a cute bag that looked like it was Louis Vuitton, but could have been another designer.
